Cindy A. Stephens, DNP, RN, FNP-BC
Family Nurse Practitioner
Dr. Stephens has worked in the Asheville Community for over 20 years providing care as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). She is a member of the Obesity Medicine Association and is dedicated to preventing, treating, and reversing the disease of obesity. Dr. Cindy says, “As an FNP I am focused on helping prevent disease by offering health education and counseling. I have counseled patients with a history of diabetes for over 30 years and helped them take back control of their health. I accomplish this by building a relationship with you to identify what is unique about you, and then we work together to pinpoint the battles you are struggling with as you face your weight loss journey. We will talk about not just what foods you eat, but also your sleep habits, exercise patterns, and work/ family relationships that affect your current lifestyle choices. Knowledge, accountability, motivation and support are my biggest tools.
Dr. Rebecca Clemenzi
Dr. Rebecca Clemenzi has been an ER and Family Practice physician in Asheville for more than 30 years. She is passionate about healthy living and believes in a multi-faceted approach to weight-loss and long-term health that focuses on education, diet, and exercise. She wants to help clients achieve their weight-loss goals in a safe and effective way that will last a lifetime.
